Job Description:

Part Time $18/hr or Commission, whichever is greater.

The ideal candidate would be inspired, energetic, efficient, willing to go the extra mile, be team focused, a good communicator, proficient with social media, authentic and unique.

Stylist position includes offering cut and color services, cleaning, organization, social media, continuing education, paid training and volunteer opportunities to give back to our community, and organizations such as The Foundry Abbotsford, Archway Community Services and Balding For Dollars.

• Guaranteed pay for every hour worked including paid training, education and meetings.

• Commissions from 45%-60%+ with no cap, raises based on performance.

• Hours dependant on performance.

Experience required:

• Completion of formal hair education at a recognized institution.

• Value wellness, sustainability, integrity, kindness, respect and living life to the fullest.

• Have a developed skill set including haircuts and color, extensions and bridal styling a bonus.

• Strong work ethic proven in previous workplaces, with one year minimum since graduating hair school.
