While visiting us in the salon we want you to be comfortable and provide you with the quality salon experience you deserve. We are an appointment based salon and like to run on time. We book appointments based on the appropriate time needed for your customized look. Occasionally your stylist may run late and we will be in communication with you about any estimated delays. We also appreciate your communication if you are running a few minutes late for a scheduled appointment time and respectfully ask that you call ahead to let your stylist know because this can potentially cause your stylist to be late for other scheduled clients. If you are running late there is a chance we may not be able to go ahead with the scheduled appointment time that day and need to reschedule or we may need to alter the expectations of your appointment that day. We do require 48 hours notice if you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment time and failure to give notice may result in loss of your deposit. Guests who continually no show or cancel without 48 hours notice will be required to make a deposit to book future appointments and if cancellation notice is not given for any future appointments the deposit will be applied to your missed appointment cost. Any deposits paid to reserve an appointment will be lost and applied as a late/cancellation fee if 48 hours notice is not confirmed by phone. All deposits are non refundable.

If you are on a time restraint while you are in the salon for a service please be forward and assertive about what time you have with us. We book according to the service that is being done and do our best to communicate with you about how long that will be however, it is your responsibility to ensure you have enough time to complete the service. A full head of color with a haircut has a minimum time of 4 hours and depending on length, density and complexity of the service can take 6-8 hours in one visit.

Every now and again you may decide to make a radical change in your haircut or color. If you go home and wear your hair for a few days but decide it doesn’t suit you or you are not comfortable with your big change we would love for you to let us know. Maybe you need a simple adjustment or some styling tips to help you love your new look. Give us a call within TWO WEEKS of your original appointment and we will make sure to get you in for a consultation to discuss making an adjustment or giving you the tips you missed at your initial appointment. Your satisfaction is important to us and we appreciate your feedback so we can improve in our ability to service your hair needs.

We have sourced some of the most sustainable, natural and ethical products available to us. Occasionally you may find that although the hair product you have  purchased is great, it may not suit your needs. We are happy to exchange a hair product within 30 days. All home decor, skin and body, clothing or other miscellaneous items are a final sale. If you have a concern with the good you have purchased you are welcome to communicate with us and we will do our best to satisfy your concern.

All hair services are charged according to time needed to provide the service, length of hair and product needed. All hair services paid are final sale. Our stylists work hard to provide you with the best service.
