I’ve recorded and timed it all, so you just need too hit play. This workout is 17 min long, feel free to repeat if you feeling up to it.
Can be done anywhere, we are on our feet the whole time so its an awesome outdoor work out on a nice day.
All you need is 2 weights, soup cans, water bottles, sticks, rocks, anything!
