Winter Haircare

Winter can be a tricky time with hair due to weather, temperature and our favourite, STATIC! Ha ha! Let’s hear what some of our team has to say about winter haircare.

Tori – As we head into winter, I would recommend 2 products for your hair arsenal! Eleven Australia Smooth Me Now Thermal Spray; this spray is used in your hair before you heat style. It is a heat protector that smooths fly aways and helps prevent splitting ends. The 2nd product I’d recommend is Eleven Australia Make Me Shine Spray Gloss. This finishing spray has a med-hold but feels light weight in the hair. It helps slick down fly aways and won’t pop back up with its anti humectant. Leaves hair with a beautiful shiny healthy look that no one can’t use!

Kim – For my curly girls I recommend hydration hydration hydration!! As the weather gets colder our hair gets frizzier, using a hydrating mask can really help with keeping our curls healthy and happy!!

Natalie – As winter approaches I highly recommend coming in for a cut and treatment. As the weather gets colder our hair gets dryer and extra moisture is a must! Come in for a treatment or take one home! Ask your stylist what would work best for you!

Chantel – Heat protection is a very important product to prevent thermal damage and dryness. This is especially important because hair is prone to dryness in the winter, and because we tend to do more styling in the winter months than we do in the summer months. I also recommend a finishing product with anti-humidity to prevent your styling from being altered by rain or snow. If we are going to be styling more, lets make sure it lasts!
