Listen to your body, push yourself, take breaks as you need
No equipment needed but you can use weights or glute bands if you want to.
For each round set your timer for 8 30 seconds, totaling 4 minutes

Round 1
Pulse Squat
Squat

Round 2
Lunge or split squat left leg
Lunge or split squat right leg

Round 3
Squat to deadlift
Kickback

Round 4
Donkey kick to fire hydrant left leg
Donkey kick to fire hydrant right leg
